Bad Odour from nose

I'm having sinusitis. I'm suffering from a nasal odour for 8 years now. I have done various kind of things to overcome it like usesing nasal sprays, taking tablets for allergic like (cetirizine ) and inhale steam. But non of them does't seems to be working for me. i saw on YouTube that washing the sinuses with saline water by a neti pot. I did this from a normal syringe. That worked for some few hours and after that the smell gets horrible more than before.

Foul smell from nose cam occur because of various reasons such as atrophic rhinitis, chronic rhinosinusitis or rhinolith. Diagnosis needs to be confirmed by diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses. Once diagnosis is confirmed then appropriate treatment can be planned
