Bad odour from crotch

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Hello , I am 21y/o male and I've got some bad odour from my crotch region. This smell is so intensive that it makes my lower clothes stink. The smell usually occurs within 1 day gap of taking bath (wherein I usually take bath regularly). Could you suggest me any ointment/cream that is antibacterial or antifungal that would make the smell go away ?
