Bad health
I have burden over my head /mind...Please help me how to reduce this burden load...Any guidance...It won't let me do any work...It makes my mind sleepy...

You seem to be stressed , if it is from few days only...it's ok... Talk with someone near ones, ask for help. But if it is persistent and taking toll on your health, appetite, sleep, and daily work... Please consult mental health professional.

1.Face ur problems. Do not run .Face it resolve it. 2.Accept the reality. Accept the failure. 3.To reduce mental burden u Must share ur thoughts to free ur Mind. 4.We can give u the advise , but the right path selection is upto you.

hii there if u are stressed out with work take a break for a while. You can talk to someone close to u or seek help from mental health professional. Dont try to be alone.
