Bad breath from ENT Problems
My CT PNS report says Mucosal thickening is seen in bilateral maxillary sinuses, Mild deviation of the nasal septum to the right side, Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy and I have a problem of CHRONIC BAD BREATH. What is the relationship?

Your CT reports are suggestive of mild sinus inflammation and probably not the cause for bad breath. Usually most common cause for bad breath are related to oral cavity such as coated tongue, teeth infection, gingival infections etc. Then tonsils is the other cause. Sometimes even reflux laryngopharyngitis can cause bad breath. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
