Bacterial urine infection
I have recurring bacterial urine infection from last 2 years
1 out of 10 test it shows positive in urine culture test
Why it mostly shows negative
Please help me to know what is wrong am I doing

Hi
The report attached is urine routine analysis and not urine culture report.
It is unusual for a male to have recurrent UTI. Please get an ultrasound KUB and consult Urologist in person.
Secondly when you have symptoms of urine infection (fever, burning while voiding or pain abdomen) get urine culture done before starting antibiotics.
Please don’t misuse antibiotics.
