Bacterial Infection in Semen

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I was diagnosed with Enterococcus faecalis and was on antibiotics for 2 months. I got test done again and the report says heavy growth of e.coli. Is there any permanant solution to het rid of these infections? I also wanted to know if e.coli affects fertility?
