hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is a cavity, you need to get it filled. if there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it.

Hi. From what u r describing it looks like it might be a decayed wisdom tooth and I that case it needs to be removed. Please visit a dentist who will take a x-ray of that tooth and advise you about the treatment required. Regards, Dr Varun Bhatia

Hello sir. You need to visit a dentist for a clinical examination and x-rays to know the extent of the decay and whether the tooth can be saved or has to be removed.
