Backpain since two months
I had slept in wrong positions due to which I started having pain in upper portion of back, its not any injury in bone but there might be damage to nerve. I am taking Zelodore MR but there has been no progress.Kindly suggest the solution and also tell me if I should continue doing body weight exercises meanwhile or just rest.
