Backpain from months

I am having back pain since march 2015. I just hit the gym after 1 month of chickenpox. That time when i hit light weight, pain started. I had undergone 1 week ayurvedic massage. But the problem presists. After some months i again consulted ayurvedic and continued upto 2 months which i got relieve. Now after stopping about 1 month it again started. At buttox back join area.. what should i do?

Avoid lifting heavy weight, sit, stand and walk straight, you can do back stretching exercise to prevent backache, Consult physiotherapist, if pain started for injury consult orthopedician.
