You seem to have back pain radiating to the right leg. This could be due to pressure on nerves in the back, for eg. slipped disc. You should consult an Orthopaedic surgeon who will examine you and advise Xrays or even an MRI depending on the severity of your pain. Most cases are relieved completely with bed rest and later physiotherapy. Your orthopaedician may advise certain precautions to avoid such problems in future.
