I have backne. Had cleared 50% when I used kojic soap, after that it become ineffective.
Huge pimple gets under the thick skin and stays for 3-5 days. Then vanishe and leaved mark.

hi greetings, you'll need to see a qualified dermaotlogist and be under regular follow up; you'll require - benzoyl peroxide based creamy wash for the trunk.
