Back pain when I sit for long
I am 22 yrs old female and I give tutions in which I have to sit for long , while sitting I experience back pain which increases with time to such extent that I can't even move , and reduces when I lie down for long . Can I take calcium tablet , will it reduce the pain ? ... Or what should I do ? Please suggest some remidies . This pain is unbearable , I am not able to focus on my studies 🙏
