Back pain started in sleeping position
I used to get back pain during sleep in the early morning hours during wakeup before 2 weeks. Now this pain has slowly increased and started disturbing my sleep. during 3 am my upper back part of my body starts paining. this pain slowly develops in entire back. when I wake up from sleeping posture it is better. Recently as the pain started increasing my sleep os getting spoiled too much
