BACK PAIN L3 L5 protrusio
Recently I m suffering from back pain and wen consulted Dr advised for MRI SCAN which says ki L4 L5 disc shows posterior and left lateral protrusion indicating thecal sacs and left exiting nerve roots..L5 S1 DISC REVEALS postero central bulge...PLZ EXPLAIN ME WATS THIS AND HOW SEVERE IT IS..Wat are dos and donts.

Hi It means that intervertebral disc between two vertebrae has got displaced compressing nerve roots... there is need to undergo surgery depending on the symptoms...
