Back pain from walking
I'm 24. My height is 5' 2" and weight is 62 kg. I recently started walking in a circular ground near my house. I'm wearing shoes and I don't have any medical issues. But I'm getting back pain from walking. What should I do to avoid back pain?

Your description looks more like mechanical  back pain. You will need to get a MRI screening of the whole spine to look for the cause of the back pain and only then the appropriate treatment can be initiated. Do consult for any other query.
