I have done my MRI of whole shine the result is: Degenerative diffuse central prolapse with protrusion of D8/D9 and C9/S10 discs causing thecal sac compression. Diffuse bulging of L5/S1 discs causing thecal sac indentation.

These MRI findings are most likely nirmal for your age. Nothing alarming in the report
Next Steps
Do certain back strengthening exercises. Get your Vitamin D tested and take replacement if low. If you are odese control your weight
