Iam working in marketing field and am suppose to drive minimum 80km per day, am having a back pain now a days. Please suggest me it is an big problem or it will cure. Suggest some medical also.

As you have said the back ache is due to long travel Shift to comfortable vehicle or car do back exercise You will be alright
