I was done a mymectomy sergery to remove fibroids and endometriosis 3 days ago.now i have a severe back pain.is it normal ?

Yes it could be postoperative pain too . Take a pain killer ,must hv been prescribed by your gynaecologist. If the pain s too severe then go to the hospital and get an analgesic injection Nd also get yourself examined clinically
