Back neck swelling
A swelling is persisting from last November 19 which is painless , No fever & appetite loss , No other swelling in the bodies, No physical problem for day to day activities. I have used antibiotics with antiinflamatory but not going completely. What could be suspected as per attached USG threatening any ? . I have also attached photograph of current affected area. In the underlying cases what could be the reason of lymph gland swelling.

It might be a lipoma/ cyst/ lymph node. Will need to be examined physically to ascertain the Diagnosis. May require biopsy or surgical intervention after complete assessment ( not in all cases)
