Small swelling on back of neck
A small swelling is back of neck from last 5 months which is painless , soft , mobile . No symtoms of weight loss & fever . Usg report found that a hypoechoic lesion 8 mm x 5mm & impression was chronic inflamatory lesion . What means chronic inflammation. Is it suspected serious ? . Please conclude the probable causes .
