I have year of back pain.  I cannot control my pain in now a day kindly do the needful. I am working in cleark

hello there. The pain could be because of problems with your spine bone or the disc between the bones. and more over you have not mentioned the exact site of the pain. is it lower back or upper back. if you are overweight or obese, your weight could also be causing the problem. consult a orthopedician and get it checked out. regards
