I went to gym before 2 months.From there onwards ,I'm facing some back problem. Is this due to gym effect?How can I overcome it?

hello.. it's common in the initial days of gym .. don not strain yourself.. your too young for vigorous work outs too.... do proper warm up before doing heavy exercises...have food well.. you can use hot bags or analgesic gels or oral tabs of pain is too severe
