It depends on what was the birth weight and also height and head size. Is she breast fed or formula fed? Contact directly for guidance.

It depends on birth weight. For the first 10 days of life, there is 10 percentage of wt loss known as physiological weight loss. After day 10 , your child will gain around 30 g/ day . So by the end of 2 months , approximate wt gain should be 1800 gm from the birth weight. Till 6 months of age, do exclusive breastfeeding. Hope this help.
