Always mention weight at birth and current weight. Vomiting little bit after breast feeding is normal. No need to do anything usually. Congrats on giving BM only. Continue till 6 months.

The best thing a mother gives her baby is exclusive breast milk for 6 months Please do gentle burping of the baby by holding the baby against your left shoulder and patting the baby This will relieve the air swallowed along with the milk and relieves vomiting Also ensure that the baby gains weight adequately and voiding urine atleast 6 to 8 times per day You also should take fluids like juices and milk Stay relaxed while caring for the baby

Please mention the birth weight and present weight..if the weight is increasing 800-900 gm/month then there is no need to worry.
