Baby is 18 months old, on atarax for viral exanthem. Just vomitted 3 times after dinner. Can domstal be given now?

Dear parents,       Give your kid. Atarax drops 10drops thrice a day for 5days. Takes care of itching & vomiting. This dose for 1year baby.
