Baby urine routine report

Baby age 18 days weight 3.100*gm
Urine routine pus cells 12-15/hpf
My pediatric not suggested any drop now he said only cultural urine report it will come after 3 days.
May I know my baby was lot crying while urine pass and huge crying while motion passing. Slowly slowly he releasing motion and his prostate was swelling and stomach was getting heavy after feeding Pls. Advice
Prostate swelling also released to Uti infection. Or Pls help

Let culture report come.
If no feeding issues and baby is clinically stable Continue to wait.
If fever, do usg abdomen pelvis and start antibiotic
