Hello doctor, my baby is 2 month old. Shes formula fed baby ( lactogen). She used yo poop once in 2 days hard poop.
instead now she poops 3 times a day watery consistency (image given)

Yes itis infection Required Tt. I advice: ORS LOTS OF IT EVERY TWO HOURS MINIMIUM. 2. FUROXONE SYRUP 1/ 2TSF THREE TIMES A DAY. 3. BANANA MASH. ADD NUTROLIN B SYRUP 1/2TSF twice a day. Light watery kanji you can give. Rest, if you can breast feed will be better otherwise give lactogen . Observe hygiene.Hand wash . Bottles washed with soap and water and boiled in water to sterelize them.

It isn't necessarily diarrhoea. Babies may pass upto 8 or 10 times stools in a day.
Ensure that the items used to prepare the formula are sterilised. Ensure that the formula is prepared correctly with proper dilution (1 scoop in 30ml water).
