Baby stomach issue
My baby is 3 month old n from last week I m giving her gripe water n from today morning her poop is watery .does it because of gripe water

No it may be because of some stomach infection, just give breastfeeding to your child with every stool poop feed him
That should be enough
If she is passing urine regularly than no need to worry your breast feed is sufficient
