Baby spit up consists of some black
Today my baby woke up from sleep and she spit up immediately, I see black particles in the spit up,she is taking iron syrup,can iron syrup make the spit up little black..please suggest

There is chance as iron syrup often makes stool black also. If child is active no other symptoms it must be because of drug but if it is continuing better stop for few days and see response

Ok there is a possibility because of iron syrup. Needs to be checked which branch of iron syrup is being used. Keep a watch is it happening even when ur not giving iron syrup. Check if there is any blood in stool or urine , any blackish stools
