Please am just a first time mum my twins are 8 months now born at 34 weeks am giving cerelac formula fruits but I want to know if i can give tea also Noddles without adding spices just mashed Noddles and mashed eggs please help

Why are you giving tea and noodles? There are plenty of foods and these do not even qualify to be infant foods. Kindly do consult to get a good advice
