Baby seems in pain
My son is five weeks old He’s not drank much today in comparison to usual. Only taking 3 oz instead of 5/6 oz every nappy has had poo today some small poo and sometime it’s legit just a tiny amount. He’s screaming and crying no matter what i do even when you pick him up. His hands are sweaty but he’s a normal temp. He’s also squeezing his first really bloody tight too

Give feeds at regular gaps of atleast 2-1/2 hours,burp him for 10 mins after every feed.
Babies at this age can pass motions 10-12 times a day,or conversely,pass a motion after 2-3 days,both are normal,as long as the stools are soft and formed.
