Baby's is having blood in stool

My baby's is 3 months old EBF and for past 10 days if she passes stool 5 times a day . 2 times blood is there with the stool . We tested occult blood positive , reducing substance positive , and blood reports and USg abdomen are normal , she is active and playful still it has not stopped . I have cut down all dairy products In my diet for past 3 days and she has diaper rasheee. 1.How long it will take to cure. 2.

Wait for 3-4 days, if problem persist than give lactose free diet, like triomil lf powder, or soya milk powder. Need to evaluate baby for abdominal infection also, apply rashfree ointment for rash, Avoid diper, vibes,
