My 2 year old baby accidentally accessed a RAZ D dispersible tablet. She may have licked or mouthed a part of it. About 10 minutes later, she passed motion, and the sticky red portion of the tablet came out undigested along with some of the tablet particles just like how it used to be inside the tablet.
She is active and behaving normally so far. Should I be concerned? Is any action needed at this point?
