Hi,
i have a 10 month old baby , he has a small pimples on his face since he was 5 months.
the pimples are very tiny buy clearly visible in red , and we feel like a rough face when we rub our hands over it.
we consulted the baby doctors who said it to be a heat acne, but that doesnt seems to be the case, as there is no sign of it to be gone.
can anyone please suggest what needs to be done ? or what can be the issue ? or will be go over the time ?

Hi Thanks for your query. Your baby could be having some form of allergic reaction. Avoid rubbing the skin. Avoid fragrant products or wipes. See a Dermatologist personally.
