Baby passing Greenish Stool
My Baby (4 Months Age) is passing Greenish stool (Sometimes mixed of Yellowish & Greenish) for last 5-7 Days. It is Soft & Semi Solid in nature. He is consuming combination of Breast Milk & Baby Food from last 10-15 Days due to shortage of Breast Milk. He is also started vomiting (almost entire meal) after starting use of Baby Food. He is really not very keen to have foods (specialy not interested in breast feeding) and need to force most of times. He is not having any other problems or abnormalities in his behaviour. His current weight is 7.3 Kg. Is vomiting & passing Greenish Stool are normal for babies or is it a matter of worries.

Hi,
Babies double their weight by 5 months, looks like your baby‘S weight is on the higher side.
Every crying or putting fingers in the mouth is not due to hunger. Vomiting is due to over feeding.
complementary feeds has to be started only after 6 months, so stop baby foods.
Next Steps
Get a stool routine test to rule out infection.
