  4. Baby of 6 months. Is it safe?

She is having red colour spots on her face and stomake and back side and little on legs and hands also..some are in red colour and some are like water bubble..we went to doctor they suggested me atarax drops.is it safe? It will get reduce or not.. I am too worried..please help me
