Some questions for you: 1) was baby breastfeeding well since birth or were there any concerns? 2) what bottle do you feed baby with and is the flow very fast? 3) which breast pump do you have and how often are you using it? 4) is baby otherwise active and well?
Next Steps
if you respond to these questions, I may be able to help you.

1st you have to recheck your latching position... Try to avoid bottle feeding as it may cause false nipple feeling so baby is not like to suck on mother's breast.... Think positively and take lactare granules to increase BF...
Next Steps
you can use hand massage to empty breast...

Hi. The reason for baby not latching and you not able to pump milk could be you have very less milk because if your baby hadn’t taken milk , then by now you should have breast pain and fever.
Next Steps
Take lactare granules twice daily to improve breast milk
Health Tips
Take a proper diet and good sleep
