My baby is 5months old she is not able to move her head upward and bend her head in left shoulder and not able to suck bottle plz help what should i do

Wait dear. Each baby is different and too their development. So, Pease wait till 6month because healthy children take some more time as other children. Now you can start solids for her. It will give better nutrition with your milk. Because mother'smilk is best food for baby and if she is not taking bottle it's okay.Try to give your milk till 1 year with solids .
