Congratulations for pregnancy. U r feeling baby movements is good sign but in lower abdomen if you feel pain or if associated urinary burning like then get done Urine analysis for infection. If you have Urinary infection then also it may give rise to pain so .

For primgravida ( first time pregnancy ) feeling of baby movements called quickening occurs around 22-24 weeks and for second time it might be earlier

Any bubbling sensation tat you feel is baby ‘s movement. In primi it’s difficult to understand. Movement are more prominent when you lie down on bed straight.
