Baby milk intake
My baby is 20 months old.. Am giving aavin milk blue colour without adding water 250ml a day. Is that OK ? It has fat content 3 percent and it is single toned milk.. Or else i have to change to green packet which has fat content 4.5 percent??? Another doubt when can I use horlicks or boost or pleasure to baby??

Your baby is 20 months .i am sure baby is eating all meals properly so milk requirements is not much . 250 ml is absolutely acceptable amount to offer but tone or double tone milk is not required . U can offer whatever is available in the house . And u can add any thing in the milk which is commercially available but I advise u to add some dry fruit powder

Dear parents, According to me stop milk from 8amto8pm and give semisolid diet like Dal,dalia, khicdi alu kela rice, apple, upama, halwa, patolia, rab, kadi idle poha satu custard etc and from 80pmto8am give mother milk is preferable if not give top milk Withoutwater and add sugar as per your taste. For your knowledge 100ml milk gives 70calories of energy 100ml juices give 55calories of energy and 100gm of semisolid diet gives 350calories of energy . Give toned milk undiluted&add sugar
