Baby issue
My baby's age is 4.5 month . problem is I had some fever & he is fully breastfeed baby .
He is soo close to me when I feed him.
Today he have fever and gas today he popped after 3days ...
I gave him Neopepiptine and Calpol for fever .
Is his fever viral or its reason for
