Baby is refusing breatmilk
My baby is 4.5 month old . She is suddenly refusing breast milk but she is extremely hungry. She is trying to eat everything in surrounding but not taking milk. When I am trying to feed her she is shouting, don't know what is the reason. My milk supply is fine i checked.

if the child is not taking breastfeeding or milk you have to see if the child is having any other problem or not. sometimes it might be due to colic pain or some oral ulcerations or oral thrush due to which the child might not be taking milk. sometimes it is a possibility that the child might not be hungry and sometimes there is a possibility that there needs to be again readjustment in position and attachment latchment in breastfeeding position. sometimes it can be a disease process or cold or nasal blockage also. it may be related to post vaccination pain and fever also.

Not all days are same. Infants sometimes become fussy without much of a reason. Don't forcefully try to feed the child. Can give colic drops, may be due to colic pain the child is behaving like that. If the child is passing urine 6+ per day then need not to worry. Can buy a wooden teether for child to chew, as mouthing starts at this age so he will put everything in the mouth.
