Baby is breastfeeding
My baby is 5 months old and breastfeeded . He is suffering from constipation this week. He has not pooped for 2 days and gave glycerine ampule and he pooped. Again he has not pooped for 3 days and gave glycerine. What medicine should he take. Usually he is taking AtoZ and Pedi DE vitamin. No other medicine is used.

Breast feeding babies may pass stool daily many times to once in 4-5 days. Both are normal. If no difficulty in passing that is stool is not hard or baby doesn't have any difficulty avoid giving glycerine too. You can start some water between feeds. Other supplements may continue.
