Yes you can use ac if room temperature is hot or humid. Make room temperature comfortable, means room temperature is neither too hot nor too cold. So you can switch on fan and if still room temperature is too hot or humid then switch on ac. You can put ac on 27-30 c if too hot( which is in summer, not now in monsoon) you can use as low as 25-26c but any temperature child should remained comfortable. And don’t put child on direct flow of ac.
For clothes, rough idea wear 1 more clothes than you have wear in which you are comfortable in that environment. Like if you wear 1 cloths then you can wear 2 layers of cloths, but minimum 1 cloths is good. In this season of monsoon, wear full sleeve cloths which cover most of body but cloths material is thin so child is not sweating.
Health Tips
Use net and put child inside net to protect child from mosquitoes bite
Give exclusive breastfeed till 6 complete months.
Baby will feel the same comfortness which you yourself will feel in particular temperature.. so 26 27 degree Celsius will be enough..
At 4 months of age one layer of cotton clothes and socks are enoug in AC room
In non AC room if weather is not that cool then you may make baby where just vest or light T shirt and diaper or shorts..
In non AC room you can keep fan on .
