Hello doctor garu,
My baby is 13 months old and 13 kgs weight while playing he hit himself on his head and swelling and scratch is there..plz doctor garu suggest any ointment plz...plz

Put soframycin cream twice a day for 3 days. Watch for danger signs - vomiting , bleeding from nose and ears, irritability. Report immediately if you observe any danger signs to nearby pediatrician
