Baby Heart Beat
Hello Doctor, my LMP was 29 june, I took a pregnancy test on 1st August they result was negative but on august 15 it was positive. Today I went for scan the dr says sac is 5 weeks and no Fetal pole seen and no heart beat. I had already one miscarriage. What could I expect bit worried ?

Don't worry.. repeat scan after 2 weeks.. start tab Duphaston 10mg two times a day..

Not to worry, fetal heart is not noted before 6weeks usually

This is early pregnancy and you need to be careful Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses and travel Avoid papaya and pineapple Sleep for two hours in afternoon and for eight hours at bedtime Drink lots of water and fruits juice daily Take a boiled egg daily

To repeat scan after 2 weeks. Fetal pole and heart beat will be seen 6-7 weeks. This could be late pregnancy. If there is no pain abdomen or spotting or bleeding, nothing to worry. Continue folic acid tablets
