Baby head injury
My baby is 6 month old yesterday night when i play with him he hit his head on my front teeth he stop for few minutes dint cry today morning he vomit 1 teaspoon although he smiles and feed well should i worry

Plz consult a neurosurgeon if baby becomes unconscious or doesn't not feed well or keeps continuously vomiting

If the kid keeps vomiting and cries less, plays less, and any sweeping in the area of injury, then consult a neurosurgeon for an evaluation. However, if the kid is fine, you can observe and wait.
