Baby having Skin reaction
Hello doctor, My baby is 2 months old. I have UTI problem. So, doctor has prescribed NIFUTIN 100MG TABLET (NITROFURANTOIN) twice daily. It's been already 9 days I have been taking. They have prescribed for 10 days. Yesterday I ate 3-4 pieces of mango. And now my baby has reaction and got red pimples on thighs legs & on wrist. Also I can make out there is mild swelling in baby's legs and hand..alao small white dots.. Is it risky if baby gets allergies? (2months baby) Is it due to heat? What can be done plz suggest. I am Sharing the photo of pimples. Plz chk. Thank you.

According to the image and history, it looks like a mosquito bite reaction. Nothing to worry. U can use an aloevera gel to soothen If associated with fever or rash in different parts of the body- need to consult pediatrician.

From picture you posted and your history it looks like to me mosquito bite. I would advise nothing to worry. Make your lil one wear full sleeves cloth.
