Baby having oily stool like musturd oil.

Asked for Female, 25 Years

1 month baby having oily stool from 4 days, while baby is on motherfeeds.. at birth baby having jaundice but after seven days baby becomes jaundice free... What is the reason behind oily stool..plz suggest me.
