Hello dear,
As you have mentioned, it means Inj Xone to be given two times daily for 3 days. But the dose which your child needs or whether he/she needs injection or not depends upon your baby's symptoms. So kindly elaborate to know better.

Injection Xone is an antibiotic which can be taken once a day. Please discuss with your pediatrician if you can take it once a day. "bd " means twice a day
The dosage of the Ceftriaxone infection is required. Is it 1g or so?
If yes, then it is 1g of XONE (Ceftriaxone) injection
twice a day each,
for 3 days.
So daily receives 2g.
That is a high dosage for a child. Please include child specifications, illness and weight when writing next time
Hope this clarifies your doubts.
